Inspired by influences such as Son House, Muddy Waters, Ma Rainy and Sister Rosetta Tharpe – Ben Tyzack, Constance Redgrave, Maurice McElroy and Roger Nunn from the Spikedrivers together with Fran McGillivray and Mike Burke present Saints and Sinners, a concert exploring the space and harmony between spiritual music and ‘the devil’s blues’.
Six voices, a multitude of guitars, percussion and even some homemade instruments create a world of soul, stories and soundscapes.
